Initially as an external data protection officer for companies from various industries – banking, hospitals, social organizations, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food & beverages, sports goods. ince November 2008, team leader for private and corporate banking in corporate data protection (legal department). Consultant for all data protection legal matters concerning outsourcing, marketing – data usage for analyses for advertising purposes or model building, customer complaints, contact with data protection authorities in Hessen and NRW, data subject rights of affected individuals, examination of PIA, LIA, TIA, AI-assisted data processing such as chatbots and fraud prevention models, incident management. Development of RoPA, monitoring and testing activities in data protection, preparation of training materials, conducting trainings.
