Background
I have been admitted to the bar since 2007 and have always worked in the areas of commercial and corporate law, M&A, and board advisory. In recent years, I have also added data protection to my practice. I have also gained experience in coordinating a class action lawsuit. My specialization in legal project management is particularly noteworthy. I teach this subject as well as general civil law and special commercial law at two private universities.
