Background

My legal practice focuses on drafting, negotiating, and enforcing commercial contracts – in day-to-day operations (global sales and procurement) as well as in complex projects, industry and tech collaborations, strategic alliances and transactions.

With my long-standing in-house experience as GC and head of legal and insurance, I am familiar with the corporate culture, workflows, and practical realities of family enterprises and other business structures. I also support organizations in their internal processes, such as compliance implementation (data protection, ESG, internal reporting channels and complaint procedures), preventing organizational fault, and mitigating liability risks.

I bring a professional background and sector-specific knowledge in several industries, such as machinery and plant engineering, power plant construction, the automotive and rail supply industries, and the medical device sector.
