Annette Scamoni, M.C.L. (Mannheim/Adelaide)

Annette Scamoni has around 20 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in the IT, digital, and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to co-founding ANDA LEGAL, she held senior and responsible legal positions in four companies. In these roles, she advised on the full spectrum of typical in-house legal matters, managed complex national and international projects, and worked closely with management teams and business functions.

Through her extensive experience in a variety of corporate environments – ranging from the start-up atmosphere of the then publicly listed Pixelpark AG, to the matrix organizations of the international pharmaceutical companies Novartis and Pfizer, and the rapidly growing e-mobility service provider Digital Charging Solutions, a joint venture of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and bp – she has developed a deep understanding of business operations, strategic decision-making, and regulatory requirements.

Her areas of expertise include commercial and contract law, contract drafting and negotiation, unfair competition and advertising law, data protection law, IT-/IP law, corporate governance, compliance, employment-related legal matters, as well as product-related and regulatory legal issues.

Since January 2026, she has been a founding partner of ANDA Rechtsanwälte. In this role, she leverages her broad expertise as a specialized generalist to provide companies with practical, business-oriented, and solution-driven legal advice.

She advises clients in both German and English.
