Background

I am a Business Lawyer with more than six years of professional experience in the Legal department of an international company. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in providing legal advice to internal clients on a wide range of legal matters, as well as in the legal review and assessment of various issues.

My responsibilities also include legal monitoring, analyzing legislative changes, and developing appropriate recommendations for action. In addition, I have extensive experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. I also have in-depth knowledge of matters relating to anti-money laundering, competition law, copyright law, and the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz).

I also bring extensive experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of a digitalization project within the Legal department. Furthermore, I have strong expertise in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business processes as part of Business Process Management.
